I normally have good results with this group, but, my wife received the flowers on Friday and they were dying/dead by Sunday. ---- Florist's Response: And I spoke with her. It looked like they were frozen or gotten but too cold. I made arrangements to replace them. She suggested that I replace them on Monday of this next week. After I got fresh product and after the frozen weather. Since we won't be able to deliver anything tuesday or wednesday. Because of the ice storm But a fresh arrangement is going out on monday.As promised and as directed by your wife Customer response. I have since spoken with the florist and they will be resending a new flowers and apologized. I look forward to continually dealing with them as, I normally have really good service. Thank you for replacing the order my wife and I really appreciate it!
